The Training & Capacity Development Division is dedicated to enhancing the skills and knowledge of law enforcement agencies, security personnel, and government officials across the globe.   • Role: Develops and delivers comprehensive training programs aimed at strengthening the capabilities of security personnel.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Designing training modules on a wide range of security topics, including crisis management, conflict resolution, and law enforcement.
    • Conducting workshops, seminars, and on-the-ground training sessions for local law enforcement.
    • Assessing the training needs of partner nations and providing tailored solutions.
