The Deputy Inspector General (DIG) is the second-highest officer in the UNIPA Police hierarchy, assisting the SC-IGUP in the management of daily operations and ensuring that the organization’s global strategies are executed effectively.

  • Role: Supports the SC-IGUP in managing all operational functions and ensures the efficiency of the various divisions and regional commands.
  • Responsibilities: Oversees the operational readiness of the force, coordinates field activities, and supervises the implementation of strategic plans.
  • Position: Directly reports to the SC-IGUP and works closely with regional and divisional leaders to ensure global alignment and operational efficiency.
