- Responsibilities:
- Promoting human rights awareness and training for all personnel to ensure operations respect the rights of all individuals, particularly vulnerable groups.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with international human rights standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
- Providing oversight to ensure ethical practices are maintained, with a focus on non-discrimination, fairness, and transparency.
- Investigating any allegations of human rights violations or unethical conduct within the organization and taking appropriate action.
