Secretary General & Supreme Commander

The Secretary General of UNIPA serves as the Supreme Commander & Inspector General (SC-IGUP) of the UNIPA Police. As the highest authority, the Secretary General oversees all strategic decisions, policy development, and operational activities.

Deputy Inspector General (DIG)

The Deputy Inspector General (DIG) assists the Secretary General in the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient coordination between divisions and regions. The DIG plays a key role in implementing strategies and supporting the work of local law enforcement agencies.
