The Cadet/Trainee Program is an integral part of the UNIPA Police’s capacity-building efforts. This program is designed to recruit, train, and prepare the next generation of security professionals to address global peace and security challenges.
- Role: Provide a structured program for the recruitment and professional development of young cadets and trainees.
- Responsibilities:
- Offering comprehensive training in law enforcement, peacebuilding, human rights, conflict resolution, and strategic security management.
- Providing hands-on experience through field training, internships, and shadowing senior officers in real-world missions.
- Fostering leadership skills, ethical conduct, and cross-cultural understanding to ensure cadets are prepared for diverse, international operations.
- Offering career development opportunities and pathways for cadets to advance within the UNIPA Police.
