The UNIPA Police is an international, unarmed, and knowledge-driven auxiliary force established under the United Nations Inter-Pacific Association (UNIPA). Designed to strengthen global peace and cooperative security, the UNIPA Police operates through training, advisory support, strategic intelligence, and capacity-building—not law enforcement or armed intervention.
As a non-military and non-coercive institution, the UNIPA Police works only with the explicit consent and cooperation of host and member states. All activities strictly follow international law, the UNIPA Charter, and the domestic regulations of partner nations.
Leadership is vested in the Secretary General of UNIPA, who serves ex officio as the Supreme Commander & Inspector General (SC-IGUP). Operational responsibilities are delegated to the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) and Chief of Staff, ensuring efficient management across divisions and regions.
