The UNIPA Police adheres to a strict Code of Conduct to ensure that all personnel act with integrity, professionalism, and respect for human rights in every aspect of their work. This Code serves as a guiding framework for ethical behavior, ensuring that the organization maintains high standards in all its operations.

- Integrity & Accountability
- All members of the UNIPA Police are expected to demonstrate honesty, transparency, and responsibility in all actions. This includes taking ownership of their decisions and actions and being answerable to the organization and the communities we serve.
- Respect for Human Rights
- We uphold the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Every individual is entitled to dignity, respect, and freedom from discrimination, and UNIPA Police personnel must ensure that human rights are protected in all operations.
- Impartiality & Neutrality
